Courage
Description:
Courage is not an absence of fear. It is allowing the presence of fear with the courage to stand in it and face what is there.
As we learn where our fears originate, how to understand them, then we can heal them. Their mastery over us lessens and we gradually reclaim our authentic self.
When and Where:
When fear arises, accept it, welcome it, breathe. Allow the fear to be there, see if you can understand where it is coming from. What is the root of this fear? Stand in it and take action despite the fear.
